Olympic Weightlifting Workshop

  • Learn how to coach and perform the compound lifts, including squats, deadlifts, bench press, chin ups, and overhead press

  • Learn how to effectively warm up for all of the compound exercises to optimise your performance in the weightroom

  • Learn how to brace and control your core effectively, lift safely, and prevent injury

  • For beginner-intermediate male and female gym users, athletes and coaches, all ages welcome (recommended 12+)

  • Learn how to olympic weightlift from an accredited coach, including the clean, jerk, and snatch 

  • Learn how to technically execute the key positions and how to produce optimal power in the second pull

  • Receive detailed coaching and feedback on your lifts and what you need to work on moving forward to continue to progress

  • For beginner-intermediate male and female gym users, athletes and coaches, all ages welcome (recommended 12+)
