We provide experienced trainers who have worked with all ages and abilities from general clients to elite athletes. All of our coaches are also qualified to a minimum of degree level in sport and exercise science or a related field, this provides them with the underpinning knowledge and skills to provide our clients with optimum results from their training.  They are also strength and conditioning certified, qualified level 3 personal trainers, and first aid qualified.
