One to One Support

Our one to one performance coaching service will provide you with individualised sessions with one of our specialist strength and conditioning coaches to help take your performance to another level.


The sessions will be specific to your training and injury history, training schedule, and the needs of your sport. This could include working on one or more of the following:

  • Improve strength and stability

  • Reduce risk of injury

  • Increase sport specific fitness levels

  • Improve power, speed, and change of direction capabilities

  • Improve flexibility, mobility, and overall health

  • Individual screening and monitoring

  • Wellness & training load management

  • Video analysis



One to one training -  £50 per session (block bookings only)

Small group training – Price on enquiry

Introductory Consultation (1.5 hours) - Designed to review client history, produce goals to improve performance, design the training programme, and perform a comprehensive movement screen.
