Group Sessions

Our group youth athletic development sessions will provide young people with a platform to develop their athleticism and resilience to injury. These are lead by our expert youth strength and conditioning coaches to help develop their fundamental movement skills, strength levels, and reduce their risk of injury. Our coaches have studied sport and exercise science at masters level, are accredited with the United Kingdom Strength & Conditioning Association, and have worked with many youth and adult elite athletes.


The sessions will help young people learn how to move in a safe and effective way, but most importantly use a long term holistic approach to develop all round skills and qualities to give them the best chance of playing sport at their highest level and instilling a healthy active lifestyle. This could include working on one or more of the following:

  • Fundamentals of movement - FoM (agility, balance, and coordination)

  • Fundamental movement skills – FMS (running, jumping, landing etc)

  • Improving strength and stability

  • Reducing their risk of injury

  • Improving power, speed, and change of direction capabilities

  • Improve flexibility, mobility, and overall health

Session Breakdown:

      50% - Fundamentals of movement and Fundamental movement skills

      50% - Strength and Injury Prevention Training
