Group Sessions

Our group health and fitness sessions will provide you with a platform to improve your lifestyle through improving your strength, body composition, health and all round fitness levels. These are lead by our specialist health and fitness coaches to help transform your life. Our trainers have studied sport and exercise science at masters level and worked with many elite athletes, we have injected the science into our group sessions to help everyone.


The sessions will help you develop a range of abilities and capacities, which will be suitable for you with a semi-individualised programme. This is not your typical fitness class where everyone does the same thing regardless of your goals, here you will follow a programme which aims to develop specific areas for you. This could include working on one or more of the following:

  • Reduce body fat in a sustainable way 

  • Increase muscle mass 

  • Increase strength and stability 

  • Increase fitness levels 

  • Provide nutritional information

  • Improve general health

  • Increase flexibility and mobility

  • Support injury and illness rehabilitation
