One to One Support
Our one to one health and fitness service will provide you with individualised sessions with one of our specialist health and fitness coaches to help transform your life.
The sessions will be specific to your personal goals. This could include working on one or more of the following:
Reduce body fat in a sustainable way
Increase muscle mass
Increase strength and stability
Increase fitness levels
Provide nutritional information
Improve general health
Increase flexibility and mobility
Support injury and illness rehabilitation
One to one training - £50 per session (block bookings only)
Small group training – Price on enquiry
Introductory Consultation (1.5 hours) - Designed to review client history, produce goals to improve performance, design the training programme, and perform a comprehensive movement screen.
