One to One Support
Our one to one youth athletic development service will provide young people with individualised sessions with one of our specialist youth strength and conditioning coaches to help develop their fundamental movement skills, strength levels, and reduce their risk of injury.
The sessions will be specific to their training history and areas for development, but most importantly using a long term holistic approach to develop all round skills and qualities to give them the best chance of playing sport at their highest level and instilling a healthy active lifestyle. This could include working on one or more of the following:
Fundamentals of movement - FoM (agility, balance, and coordination)
Fundamental movement skills – FMS (running, jumping, landing etc)
Improving strength and stability
Reducing their risk of injury
Improving power, speed, and change of direction capabilities
Improve flexibility, mobility, and overall health
One to one training - £50 per session (block bookings only)
Small group training – Price on enquiry
Introductory Consultation (1.5 hours) - Designed to review client history, produce goals to improve performance, design the training programme, and perform a comprehensive movement screen.
